Welcome to Adventure Cycling. By renting a bicycle from us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
Renters must be at least 18 years old or have consent from a parent or legal guardian. A valid ID may be required at the time of rental.
2. Rental Period
The rental period begins at the time the bicycle is collected and ends when it is returned. Late returns may be subject to additional charges.
3. Payment and Deposits
All rentals must be paid in full at the time of booking or collection. A security deposit may be required and will be refunded upon safe return of the bicycle, subject to inspection.
4. Use of Bicycle
The renter agrees to:
Use the bicycle in a safe and responsible manner
Follow all local traffic laws and regulations
Not use the bicycle for racing, stunts, or illegal activities
Not sublease or transfer the bicycle to another person
5. Damage and Loss
The renter is responsible for any damage, theft, or loss of the bicycle during the rental period. Repair or replacement costs may be charged accordingly.
6. Maintenance and Issues
If the bicycle develops a mechanical issue during the rental period, the renter must notify Adventure Cycling immediately. Unauthorized repairs may not be reimbursed.
7. Liability Waiver
Adventure Cycling is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the use of the bicycle. The renter assumes all risks associated with cycling.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation policies may vary depending on the booking. Please contact us directly for details regarding cancellations and refunds.
9. Termination of Rental
We reserve the right to terminate a rental without refund if the renter violates these terms or uses the bicycle in a negligent or unsafe manner.
10. Changes to Terms
Adventure Cycling reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
